It works great as the roof top rack and as an added plus it holds 1 or 2 bikes in my van very nicely. Usually I am carrying my bike and occasionally a 2nd. If there was a 3 then up on the roof they go.

So far so good on the BRZ. So far have only tested below 50mph. I plan to test on a 3 hour trip to Seattle, but I will secure the front bars with a secondary 550 cord just in case it does fail. Would really hate to lose a 3+G bike because I wanted to save $150.

It is affordable!!! The adapter/cradle where the forks sit on is plastic. Modify this into metal and you got a pretty solid roof rack. Doesn’t feel completely secure on the roof but that’s just me being paranoid. On turns I can hear the bike wobbling on the car roof but I don’t think it’s going anywhere. When accelerating straight I forget I even have the bikes up there. For peace of mind, I suction it onto my front windshield, but that means I have to remove my wipers because I ain’t taking no chances lol. You’ll see me back here if it fails!!! Otherwise, pretty solid. Gave it 4 stars because the parts could use more metals, as well as more screws and bigger screws to hold it to the board.

The RockBros bike rack is a very good product. The materials used to build the rack(rubber, alluminum, and air pump)are excellent. The rack is not only simple to attach but it is also easy to remove from the roof of your vehicle.I have used the rack twice this week travel distance 40 miles,50 m/h,no problems. The only reason I gave 4stars is because is missing an air relief valve to remove it from the top of the car, however removing can be done just by lifting the ends in the rubber. The Rack attaches FIRM TO YOUR VEHICLE NOT WORRIES.

Works as advertised, used for road and mountain bike.

I didn't think they would stay on, but after a 140 mile trip my bike was still there. I would have given it 5 stars but my item didn't come with the maintenance oil as listed on the instructions.

Works great but had to modify the brackets to work with modern day mountain bikes. Easy to do, but had to spend more money.

So far bike rack works great and holds up super well. Its sturdy and very minimalistic looking when mounted. Will update review as I use it more so far have only mounted on a BMW 328i

Love it. Fits my Challenger perfectly. Cruised about 85 down the interstate with a 20" bike, a 24" bike and a 26" bike on the top. From Orlando to Tampa with no worries!

Purchased this rather than installing a hitch or roof rack and have been very pleased with the quality and how securely it holds my bikes. I see no reason to spend twice as much on the sea-sucker racks. That being said, my package did not come with the tube of lube for maintaining the vacuum pumps and I'll need to find an alternative.
For added security and peace of mind I'll be adding some sort of thread locker to the screws that hold the uprights and cups to the cross brace.

We ordered this bike rack because we sold our truck and only had a car which didn't have a hitch. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product and the fit on our car. We actually never used it for our bikes because shortly after receiving the rack we traded in our car for a much needed SUV with a hitch for our other bike rack.
We have no problem recommending this rack for someone looking for this type because it is definitely heavy, great quality, and is the most versatile rack ever!

Have not go it yet so put 5* so it didn't make it look bad, but i'm driving down to Orlando this weekend and that's a 3 hour ride from my house at 60-80mph the whole time and my bike is around $2k, but I did not want to spend the money on a SeaSucker so I hope this holds I'll update this post when I Get it and try it out.
Update: Drove around the block it seems to have good and tight Suckers, do not think it will fail on the way to Orlando but I could be wrong but so far so good it looks good and has a little to no movement on the car super easy to install and I am using a BMX bike so its amazing so far.

Unboxing everything shipped undamaged. Service oil however was missing from box. First use product worked great. Easy to setup on car. Love that the racks can be placed pretty much wherever and come off easily when not using them. Not sure how much I would trust on longer trips or highway speeds. Bike does move around a bit, however serves my purpose for local trail riding locations.

I wasn't sure about how this would work but I thought I would give it a shot. I just got a new car and really didn't want to put my old bike rack, that sat on the back, on my new car paint. I bought this based on buying other RockBros products previously. This bike rack works GREAT! I have a Tesla Model 3 which has a full glass roof. I installed the suction cups on the glass and it held incredibly well. Sure, I kept looking up to make sure everything was OK and it was. I would recommend this to anyone out there. Oh, and they are much cheaper than the top brand and do the same job.

This worked better than I expected. Drove from Boston to Chicago and back again, the rack held up well. the only thing I noticed is that, depending on your roof line, you need to be sure that your crank arms are not positioned with a pedal down, as it can touch the roof line, and on bumps, scratch up the roof. the rack does come with a length of velcro to secure your crank Arms to the chain stays. I of course neglected to utilize this.

Good: Unit arrived we'll packaged. Suction cups come with protectors. Rear wheel Velcro strap is descent. Suctions are powerful. Bike never touched the car.
Known flaw at time of purchase: Only fits old axles. If you have a newish MTB bike with the 15mm axle, you need to order a separate fork mount and alter to fit new mount. ($20). This took a few minutes but I knew that going in.
Meh: Aluminum brace flex's when testing the strength of the unit by pulling slightly on the bars. Not a big deal. Sufficiently supports bike but could be stronger. This also allows you to mount it to a curved surface so I guess it's a trade off. Doesn't supply a way to secure the pedals/crank so they don't spin and hit the roof. Extra Velcro would have been nice.
Bad: No washers used in construction to spread the load. Suggest adding quarter sized washers if concerned. Imo the hardware would fail before the suction cups.
No release valve. Only way to get these things off is to lift an edge and break the seal. Not a big deal if mounting to glass, but would be careful if mounted to paint.
Process: Put bike on fork mount while on the ground with protectors on. Secure axle. Lift bike and unit to car while removing protectors. Suction all cups. Lift rear tire and place rear tire cup. Strap rear tire. Done. At destination remove bike by breaking the seal on all cups and dismounting bike. Place unit in trunk.
Overall: Legit cool way to transport a bike. No cables, hitch, vehicle alterations etc to mess with. Very low chance of vehicle damage if you are careful. Takes a couple mins tops to get on and off. 1/2 price of the 'name brand' one. Well worth your money.

I used to have the traditional roof rack/bike rack that was hard mounted to my car but I needed to get rid of my car and my roof rack was specific to my car. I debated on getting this or the seasucker talon but the seasucker is so much more expensive for something that does the same thing. I settled with the rockbros mount as I can bring it with me when I travel to other countries and not have to worry about what vehicle I get as this just needs a flat spot to suck onto.
I also bought the sunlite bike block mount since my mountain bike runs with a 15mm/110mm fork. I had to do some minor adjustments and drilling to make it work.
Ive taken this mount out with my bike on a few trips now and driven up to 80mphs on the highway it holds up. I would recommend stopping and checking the pressure of the suction if you are traveling through different altitudes as air pressure changes.

This rack is FANTASTIC as long as it doesn't come loose or un-suction during a long ride... time will tell on that one. So far it seems very sturdy.. .with my bike on it I can pull on my handlebars and the entire car shakes which is great! The bike does sway a bit on turns and bumps but I guess that's to be expected. My only worry is that it sways too much? The way its designed it seems that each time it sways it might actually push the suction on one side down further! As one side pull up the other is pushed down so....
Ben C.
I must say I was little nervous ordering suction cup system for my bike. Conversely, I have a Jaguar and it is almost impassible to get a
rack that fits. After few times I used RockBros rack I was very pleased how strong it is and if properly installed you have nothing to worry about.
Solid build, looks great, and great affordable price compare to sea-sucker brand.

I 've only assembled it and tested it for 5 minutes but it seems to work very well. I tried to move it hard and it supports great forces. The shipment was delayed because they didn't have the 15x100 adapters as i was told. Thank you

I think like the rest of the buyers had doubts about the product. Suction cups do not seem the most reliable option on the market. After checking that the suction cups worked well, we decided to use it. Travel over 600 km between zaragoza and caceres, speed 100-110 km/h car consumption was barely increased. I decided to put two bands (just in case) but the truth that no suction cup stopped doing its function. The product arrived quickly and the seller included an ec approval certificate. I recommend it, great seller and great product.

I tried it on a 250 km drive and national road trip.
From my short experience i can say:
The installation is very easy.
It can be stored in the trunk after use and at home it does not occupy as much as a gate.
Inside the car you just need to leave room for the front wheel.
It's universal, fits any car model.
It does not damage the car or force doors or mecca or smos like other systems.
It's pretty economical.
It's very light.
You don't need any other accessories, no ball, no ceiling bars, no v-20 plate.
The extra spending on diesel on my 250 km trip has been between 0,7 and 1 l more. With one of the brand gate menabo spent as 2l more.
It's safe.
On the other hand, missing data of what is durability and how it is com per ta in very cold-heat situations.
There are no spare parts.
It's a bike rack that can be recommended.

To begin with, I was in touch with the seller right from start. The product was received earlier than anticipated. The packaging was superb. The product is well built and sturdy, with an excellent finish. Works great on the roof of my car and holds two bikes firmly. This bike carrier from ROCKBROS is world class and is value for money.
